Issu d'Abobo où se côtoient les griots et les artistes de la capitale Abidjan, Bendia renouvelle les sons populaires ivoiriens.

Le groupe Bendia a été créé sous l'impulsion de Baba Touré et des onze artistes qui offrent sur scène la puissance des attoungblans, les mélodies africaines et un groove explosif et coloré. Leur motivation est de valoriser la musique ivoirienne dans le monde entier.

Keme Fanta Cisse, Mamou Kone, célèbres chanteuses et griottes d'Abidjan, donnent force aux textes chantés en dialecte dioula et abordent les thèmes de la vie moderne et de la jeunesse. C'est aux enfants d'Afrique de construire leur avenir .

​Entre percussions et instruments mélodiques, Bendia libère une musique festive et joyeuse avec un répertoire qui s'inspire des rythmes traditionnels.​

The band Bendia was created at the instigation of Baba Toure and eleven artists who offer on stage the power of  attoungblans, African melodies and explosive and colored groove. Their motivation is to value the Ivory Coast music all over the world.

Keme Fanta Cisse, Mamou Kone, famous singers and griots of Abidjan, give strength to texts sung in dialect Dioula and approach the themes of the modern life and the youth. It belongs to the children of Africa to build their future. Between percussions and melodic instruments, Bendia release a festive and joyful music with a directory which is inspired by traditional rhythms.
